Located in the heart of Philadelphia, on 2nd Street just a mile south of US Route 1 (Roosevelt Boulevard), T.D.P.S. Asphalt is a busy plant that is vital to the infrastructure of the city. T.D.P.S. provided paving material for city streets, airport runways, and parking lots. As a drum mix plant, T.D.P.S. is capable of producing over 300 tons per hour with a 600-ton storage capacity. This means consistent material, quick loading, short waits, and high volume.
