Asphalt plant in Malvern on Route 29

Our Malvern Asphalt plant is located on Route 29, just north of Route 202 in Chester County. The plant is easily accessible to rapidly growing areas of King of Prussia, Phoenixville and West Chester. The McCarter batch asphalt plant is capable of producing over 300 tons per hour. This facility is ideal for your next PennDOT, commercial, or residential paving project.

We also have a Specialty Products Division where you can purchase tools and miscellaneous items for the paving industry.

Projects supplied by Malvern Asphalt include a storm water management project at Chestnut Hill Academy using a pervious asphalt mix, the new West Vincent Elementary School, and numerous local municipal
roadway programs.
