Downingtown Asphalt is located at Boot Road and Quarry Road in Downingtown and is easily accessible from West Chester, Exton and Coatesville. All of our Highway Materials, Inc. asphalt plants, including Downingtown, are fully automated with a test lab for quality control and for PennDOT approval.

In addition to being a PennDOT-approved hot mix asphalt producer, we can also provide porous asphalt for pervious pavement applications, including parking lots and driveways, for effective storm water management.
